Looking For Roommates for 3 bed / 2 bath Apt.. Both bedrooms are nicely furnished and have there own Flat Screen TVs & DVDs as well Living Room also has TV & DVD Now. This is a month-to-month rental, single occupancy, fully furnished! Great fit for students or those working a 9-5. (I have 2 rooms available first come first choice) ***Not in Picture other bedroom fully furnished too.

The rent is $900 month all included! (utilities, basic cable, and high speed wireless internet). The two rooms share a bathroom that has two sinks and lots of mirror and drawer space. Kitchen fully furnished with pots pans dishes ect.

Fully refundable security deposit $900 (will work with you if you need to spread out the deposit over a couple of months). Full living room, dining room, kitchen and other common area access. Clean, quiet, no drama, no pets, no smoking (inside apt.) or drugs environment. Basic cable connection in the room; wireless internet via cable modem; washer/dryer on site; and a/c.
