The renters are mainly in their 30s and are very nice, friendly, quiet, and respectful people. They have a pizza dinner together once a month on Sunday nights. Other than that, they tend to socialize on a more casual basis as everyone is on their own schedules. The group includes an accounting student, a small business owner, a music teacher, a landscape architect, and a nonprofit org employee.
