Hi! The master bedroom in my 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment will be available May 1st. I am a 28 year old female Christian and I regularly attend church. I am very considerate of others and I treat my apartment as my sanctuary. I rarely bring people over and I am looking for someone who is similar. I prefer to live with another lady who enjoys a peaceful home and doesn't mind my sweet main coon cat.

Master bedroom: 18' 1" Ã— 16' 6" (not including walk in closet or bathroom) and is carpeted. The full bed, lamp and side table in the pictures will be removed. Gas, water, electric and wifi are usually $50 per person each month. 2 assigned parking spots in gated garage! Dishwasher, intercom entry, AC, fireplace and balcony. Living room has wood flooring and a vaulted ceiling.

3 miles away from Venice beach! Close to LMU, Culver City, Santa Monica and Marina Del Rey. The apartment is fully furnished but the master is unfurnished. The apartment is located on a quiet residential side street in a neighborhood of other houses. The apartment is a decent size, approximately 1200 sq. ft. My neighbors are very friendly and helpful. I want this to be your home too! So please feel free to decorate in the living room, cook in the kitchen or hang out with me in the living room. I enjoy having roommate movie nights but I also like to have time to myself. I am looking for someone who helps keep the community areas clean. As long as you clean up after yourself and do your dishes in a timely manner, we will get along great.

No Smoking, drugs, partying or other pets sorry. Watching TV, reading and hanging with my cat is more my speed. I love yoga, discovering new local artists and hanging out with friends.
