We are buying a house and need to find someone to take over our lease. This is in the Hidden Cove apartments. They are super nice. There is a pool, spa (Open year round), fitness room, really nice play ground, and is pet friendly. The apartment is first floor so you don't have to deal with tons of steps. It also face the courtyard where the playground is and tons of green grass.

MUST BE ABLE TO COME IN PERSON TO SEE APARTMENT AND SIGN PAPER WORK!!

- To take over the lease you would need to pay $250 (normally $400 but since there is only a month they are cutting us a deal), pass background/credit screening ($35 each adult), and sign a new one year lease.
- With taking over the lease we are also turning over our $200 refundable deposit to you.
- Currently we have a pet fee (included in the $960) and a garage (extra $75) that both could be removed from the new lease.

This is a super great deal as there is normally a waiting list for 3 bedrooms. This would allow you to bypass that list and move in on April 6.
