I have a 3 bdrm apartment and would like to rent the third bedroom. There are two other females residing in the other 2 bedrooms. It is a basement apartment but has a separate entrance and is above ground. The bedroom would be unfurnished. All utilities included +WIFI. Laundry facilities in the building. Must be clean and willing to partake in the responsibility of keeping the common areas clean (living room, kitchen and bathroom).
