My renter left my yard in a bit of a mess. I need to get it all cleaned up to put it on the market and sell it. The front yard, side yards aren't too bad. I need to trim everything, clean it up, put spot mulch in areas...I need to edge, and I need someone to mow. I don't have a lawn mower.

The backyard is most of the work, but it's a very small area. The grass is maybe a foot tall, there are 3 small beds, so we'll have to weed, edge, and mow. The last part of the project is the back brick patio, there are weeds between the bricks, so we need to kill the weeds and get the patio cleaned up. I'll be helping but I need help. I don't have a mower or the tools to do most of this. I need it done this Thursday / Friday.
