The bedroom comes with its own private bathroom (shower), and a small foyer leading into both the bedroom and bathroom. During the current heat spell, this room has remained naturally cool and pleasant. The combined space is approx. 200 sq. ft.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a den, a living room/eating area, spacious front and back yards, and its own washer and dryer (footprint of house alone is approximate 1500 square feet).
