Looking for a room to rent or sublet for mid august. My current living situation is overcrowded and I just need to change it. currently in berkeley but wanna go back to west oakland. I work as a freelance graphic/web designer with a few clients making my schedule pretty open most of the time leaving me time to be able to work on outside projects. I have savings that will cover all rent/expenses in 1200$ budget (utilities included plus wifi...I have some furniture but not a lot of stuff) Would prefer renting monthly to start off and see if something long term would be something everyone is into. Just no year long lease please unless I can get someone to sublet if I want to leave. The place would ideally be NEAR BART as I don't have a car and I bike everywhere
