I have 2.25 acres of mostly wooded property in Carroll Co. VA. on Blue Ridge Pkwy.. The property is in the Laurel Fork area on Groundhog Mountain near Doe run lodging. the property is within 20' of Blue Ridge Parkway's parkland, I inherited the property from my father, and there is a cinder block house on the property on which that roof has fallen in, and is pretty much a loss. There are electric poles running to the property, and there was once a well, but after so many years I'm not sure that it is still good. The pad and walls are in good shape, so if someone was to remove the debris from inside I think some truss' can be put on the walls for a new roof.
