I currently have one 26yo male student renting one room and looking for a renter for the other room available. Male or female tenant is allowed but you will be sharing the bathroom with the other renter. Some females would have a problem with that.

About myself:
I'm a 29 year-old male night shift nurse living alone. I rarely have guests over. I sleep during the day and try to keep the house on the quiet side. I know noise is inevitable but I would prefer someone that would also appreciate a quiet environment. I try to be pretty clean and tidy and expect every house member to clean up their own mess, as I do. My girlfriend may be over once a week besides that there is rarely visitors. I enjoy the outdoors and am not home much during nice weather. Looking for either male or female tenants. I have my own ensuite bathroom so the bathroom in the picture would be yours to be shared with other tenant. Also a half bath available that is never used. I will include a picture of myself because that sometimes makes people more comfortable.
Located 1 min from RT1 and 5 min to 95. 5 min to train station.
