Spotted friendly brown lab mix (?) tonight around 10pm near NE 24th and Hoyt in front of an apartment building. No ID tags except for some kind of pet registration - I left a voicemail with the tag info at the number provided. Dog is male, light brown coat, approx 50-60lbs wearing a black or dark blue harness. Very friendly. Did not appear to be sick or injured, and was relatively dry despite the rain.
