black puppy found near Sussex Central High School.
this afternoon I found a puppy, roughly 8-12 weeks old judging by size, stuck in my family's koi pond. It has a collar but no tag. if it looks like it may be your puppy please contact me and give me some specifics: gender, collar color, any markings it may have and/or proof that it is your puppy.
Tomorrow morning I will contact both local SPCA locations to notify them that I have found the puppy and will hold it until an owner is.
