Found A Common yellow, green and blue parakeet which turned up while we were eating out on our deck. I gave him some Millet from my wild bird feed supply and he seemed to have been starving. He was fearless of all four of us sitting very close to him. He tried to land on my wife's head. I'm located in Central Franklin Township. He can be netted very easily. I just don't have a bird cage to hold him in so he has to endure the storms and weather.
