We have a fully licensed commercial kitchen located in downtown Dover, NH, and have sublet openings for your small food producing company. We run a small-batch bakery and use the kitchen from very early in the morning until mid afternoon, 6 days per week. Our kitchen has a full sized convection oven, a few mixers, worktables, refrigeration and a freezer. WE DO NOT HAVE an exhaust hood, therefore frying, braising, and sautéing are not allowed. Several evenings and nights are available for baking, and even more openings are available for non-baking companies. Come work in our bustling, renovated mill with fantastic atmosphere and 24/7 access.
