I am an easy going, generous-to-a-fault (but not a fool), 69 year old widower (now where did I put my teeth LOL) who is retired and disabled, a realistic but not a liberal Christian and writer of non fiction and inspirational/spiritual poems, quotations and stories.
I am seeking a roommate(s) to share this apt. because I could use the company plus I need to lower my living costs and don't wish to move. You will be leasing half of the apt. (but can have access to all) with outside plug in for one vehicle. You do have a great view of the mountains (and the ducks) from your bedroom in a quiet dead-end area. I have all necessities already to include, front loading washer & gas dryer, a brand new 48 inch screen TV (cable is shut off until I find a roommate), plus in your bed room, a beautiful seven - drawer dresser & a minifrig on a folding table (frig. can be removed if you wish). You or your PCAs (if you have that service), do share in the day-to-day housekeeping chores (clean as you go is my motto). After you see the room and apt, and we feel it is right for the both of us, you must then apply at the manager's office (9-3, M-F), as a co-tenant (month to month lease) and pass a financial background check. You must have proof of sustainable income. I am not the landlord. Please allow at least 45 minutes for interview.

Full rent is $950 & is due on the first of each month, (no later than the 3rd) and you pay only ($475) a month ($50 more per month if I supply a bed & night stand, because it will be fully furnised) plus, you also pay for half of the electric, gas & cable bills payable as they come in. If you want internet services in your room, then you pay half of internet bill as well. I pay all the bills in cash and give you a separate receipt for each. You will get receipts from me each month, because the utilities are in my name only. Your payments to me are CASH ONLY! I pay the rent with a cashier's check and you get a copy as well as your rent receipt.
