Although I do love to be social, I don't have huge parties at my place anymore ... kinda been there and done that. 0;) However, having friends over for drinks, sports, dinner, movies, etc is fine. Just no underage drinkers, sudden live in significant others, or 'dem frat boy ragers please. My neighbors are still recovering from mine a few years ago. 0;) hehe

1st Month's Rent due the day you sign the lease + corresponding security deposit of $690. May have some flexibility w/ security deposit payment if you need to pay some of it w/ the next paycheck, etc/
